Refund Policy
Your registration must be canceled prior to February 5, 2026 to be eligible for a refund.
Your total amount paid will be refunded, less a $150 processing fee.
Regardless of the refund amount listed below, the amount refunded will never exceed the amount paid.
Refunds will not be granted for cancellations after February 5, 2026 or no-shows.
