PRE-CONFERENCE/POST-CoNFERENCE WORKSHOPS & OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
There may be an additional charge for Pre- and Post-conference Workshops. Those fees will be detailed on the Session Descriptions page, as well as in the Registration Form. If you have any questions, contact us.
Guest for Monday evening off-site event $60.
Guest for Tuesday evening celebration dinner and entertainment $80.
DISCOUNTS
Group Savings
Companies sending 5 or more people to the same conference are eligible for a group discount. Each attendee enters the code "GROUP" in the discount code box and receives $100 savings off their member or non-member registration fee.
CHART Corporate Members are also eligible for conference savings! View information about Corporate Membership Packages here.
Non-Members
Join CHART when registering for the conference to get the discounted member rate (you can select the option to join CHART as a new member when you fill out the conference registration form). As a special incentive, we will also waive the $100 new member fee! You only pay $195 for your first year of membership (registering for the conference as a non-member is $200 more than the member rate, so you will even save $ overall!).
As a reminder, CHART membership is open to individuals employed by operators in a training or HR role. Vendors are not eligible for CHART membership. Contact us with questions about eligibility.
Payment Message
Please register in advance. Rates increase $100 for registrations on-site.

Express mail is not necessary to meet the early registration deadline. We will honor payment postmarked by the early registration date.
