Our CHART room block is now open! It closes on February 2nd, but may fill up early. Our room rate is $189 per night.

Note that that rooms at the Westin Charlotte at the room block rate are available for conference nights Sunday and Monday. The Westin is oversold for Saturday but will add rooms to the block if any become available. There are a number of hotels within a block or two to the Westin that you can reserve for Saturday night if you would like to move to the Westin Sunday, or just stay at the property down the block for all 3 nights.

We are directing attendees to one of the three Hilton properties that are within 2 blocks of the Westin as they still have rooms available for about $170 a night, so there will be a number of other attendees staying at these properties as well.

The Home2Suites by Hilton is one block from the Westin.

The Hampton Inn Charlotte Uptown and Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Uptown are 2 blocks from the Westin and Hyatt Place is maybe 3 blocks. We are monitoring availability at the Westin for Saturday night to see if more rooms can be added.
