Topics: As we look at the “new normal” for our talent pool, we need to think beyond traditional staffing structures and training systems. In this interactive event, we’ll explore how the IDQ team partnered with Bob Duprey of Restaurant Playbooks to implement Lean methodologies to deploy their staffing & training systems more effectively.  

We’ll also hear from Hospitality Minnesota Educational Foundation. They’ve been working diligently behind the scenes to make our voices heard by our legislators. They’ll also share the impact programs such as ProStart are having on recruitment and retention in our industry.
